WHEN:
Monday night through early Wednesday morning
WHERE:
Mainly over southeastern coasts and open seas
IMPACTS:
- Rough seas will make navigation difficult for small vessels.
- Increased risk for small craft taking on water or losing control.
- Strong wave action may impact reefs, channels and coastal areas.
- Conditions may become unsafe in open and exposed areas.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Avoid going out to sea in small craft if possible.
- Stay within sheltered waters where conditions are calmer.
- Check vessels and safety equipment before any travel.
